This is the site of comic book artist and illustrator Fiona Staples. My website is unavailable at the moment while I update some things, but feel free to check out the sketches and art in my blog below! I know, I know, it's too pink.

Your art gets better every time I see it. I love the hard and soft shadows and the texture of the paint strokes.

Whoa! Very nice work, F. I did have some trouble seeing that immortal Seal at first but he is now my fave part of the piece. Nice palette too.

Any idea when volume 3 is due in stores?

Thanks guys! This one was 100% digital but I put a paint texture over it just to make it more consistent with the last 2 books.

Nick- the book is getting printed this summer, so it probably won't be out until fall. September or October I think?
